Yesterday (despite the stress of a car breakdown and being in class from 8AM to 6PM) I managed to stay just under 1000 calories for the day! (And that was with eating 2 chocolate truffles from the stress! haha!)
Today I haven't gotten to record my stuff, but I have been snackign on low-cal foods throughout the day, and ate a publix turkey sub for lunch! My double tall vanilla soy latte at starbucks only has 130 calories in it, so that is AWESOME news for me! :D
I weighed in this morning at 206 though which is above my starting weight, because I kinda went crazy at the end of last week... heheh.
I feel good and am definitely ready to keep this thing going though! Calorie counting is just the best way for me to diet... I hope I never forget that. :)
All the other ways just don't stick with me, I need consistency yet flexibility... so this is the way to go! :D
