Strategies:
1. I have decided against a lot of the popular techniques of the times, and have decided to just go ahead with just counting my calories. I did this about a year ago and ended up losing about 20 pounds over the course of a month!
2. I will keep a spiral notebook of all of the food I eat throughout each day. At the end of the day, I will count up all the calories.
3. My goal is to eat between 1000-1200 calories a day until March 20th. Beginning March 20th, I will go down to between 1000-1100 calories a day. On April 15th, I will keep it right around 1000 calories a day.
4. Exercise: (gosh, it was SO much easier to exercise on a college campus! Now I live in the ghetto and cannot leave my house... haha) I need to do pilates, yoga, cardio, power90, stretches, walking, jogging, biking, etc. for at least 30 minutes a day. For this first month, I need to exercise at least 5 times a week.
5. If ever watching television, I am to do some sort of movement/exercise! (Except for PSYCH nights, or if there is company! haha)
6. I am to weigh in every Friday to report my weight to the blogging community!
By March 20th, I want to have lost 20 pounds! I figure the first 30 or so will go pretty fast once I eliminate all the junk food out of my life! After that I might need to make some revisions!
