5 pounds!

Woohoo! I make myself weigh-in every morning, just to further push myself to keep up the good work EVERY day and to be more consistent. This morning I weighed in at 200.8 and that is 4.8 pounds I have lost since Wednesday! I am super excited about this!

For the first time in years I'll be under 200 this week! woohoo!

  1. Yay!! I'm so proud of you! Just remember that your weight will fluctuate from day to day. So don't get discouraged if you are a pound or two more. It's what Friday says that counts! :) Love you!

  2. Also, I hope you aren't making popcorn a meal! You need healthy, nutritious food! Popcorn has nothing for you! :) hehe
